10.4mm Race Wires

Ignition Wire sets are made from what we consider the highest quality materials. They will hold up to the harshest conditions and survive repeated removal/installations. These wires fit the naturally aspirated L36, and the Supercharged L67 (with or without intercooler) The wires start with Taylor "409" Spirol Pro Race wire which is custom cut to make a nice clean installation. MSD dual crimp terminals are added to each end along with easy to read identification numbers for each wire. The coil end of the wire uses an MSD gray boot which is 100% pure silicone. For the spark plug end, MSD Pro Race boots are used, which can stand up to extreme temperatures for extended periods. To keep the wires in place, the sets are supplied with Made For You Products clamp style wire separators. Enough separators are provided to make a neat and secure installation. Each wire is hand assembled by and checked twice during assembly for proper electrical connections at the terminals.

To  the left, you can see a comparison between Wires (Red) and the original equipment wires. Notice how much thicker the insulation is on the wires. Also, notice how much longer the plug boot is. 

Note: is now shipping wire sets with 45° plug boots. These boots use the same high temp MSD Pro Race boot, but with a molded in 45° angle. This allows for better clearance for aftermarket headers and turbo setups and a much neater overall installation.

To the right, another comparison, this time comparing the plug boot of a Wire (Red boot) to the boot of a common aftermarket 8.5mm wire. Notice how much thicker the boot is on the Wire. This eliminates the need to use a secondary boot shield.

Again, another comparison between the same 8.5mm aftermarket wire and the Wire. you can clearly see how much heavier the plug boot is, and how much additional insulation is on the wire. This provides better protection against misfires.

wire sets are available in Black, Red, and Blue wire, with your choice of Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Teal, Purple, or Gray screw/clamp style separators. (Some colors are special order, and may take longer to ship)
